Finance is a great way to spread the cost of your purchase. To make it easy we’ve teamed up with Duology whose technology lets you apply for and complete a loan application quickly, easily and informatively.

Simply add the items you love to your basket. Once you are at the checkout select the finance option that suits you and choose Duology. The quick application form is simple and should take no more than a couple of minutes to complete and you will receive a decision instantly. Easy!

Check your eligibility

You will only be considered for finance if you meet the below criteria:

  • Min age 18, Max age 75 at the end of the term
  • Be a permanent UK resident, with minimum 3-year address history
  • Make sure you are not using a VPN if applying online.
  • In regular permanent employment, minimum 16 hours with minimum annual income £10,000
  • You are not Unemployed/ Students/Non-UK Residents
  • Finance must be applied for in the name of the individual that is taking the goods or services.
  • All details entered during the application process must be personal to the applicant. E.g. personal email address and mobile number.
  • If an application has declined contact Merchant Support to check if the application is a genuine decline or if the applicant can re-apply.
  • Have a valid Govt. issued ID (Double check Full name and House/Flat number and postcode when applying).
  • Ensure gross annual income is entered for the sole applicant, not weekly/monthly or household income
  • Course Fee value is higher then £500

We offer interest-free finance options to help you spread the cost of your purchase over 12 months. The value of the loan needs to be over £500 and you can choose a deposit of up to 50% of the value of the goods.

Your application will be assessed based on eligibility, credit history and affordability with Duology advising you of the outcome in just a few seconds (via email). It’s important to know that when applying for finance a hard credit check is made which will be recorded on your credit file.

If approved for finance, Duology will let you know who your lender is and provide you with their full contact details and information. You then just need to digitally sign your credit agreement, pay your deposit and wait for your order to arrive.

In a few cases, your application may be referred to a lender for manual assessment and you’ll be notified by email of the credit decision within 24 hours. If you’re not approved for finance it could be for a variety of reasons and the lender will be able to give you more information.

Repaying the loan
Your first direct debit payment will be taken about a month after you receive your purchase. This will show on your statement as a payment to your lender. You have the right to repay all or part of the loan early at any time.

Cancellation
There is a 14-day cooling off period where you can withdraw from the credit agreement after signing your documents. If you wish to do this please contact us (your retailer) directly. We can cancel the application on your behalf. There is no need to contact Duology or your lender.

A payment plan does not affect our standard refund and returns policy. Just contact us and we’ll cancel your application and the lender will refund your deposit and let you know of any outstanding balance if applicable.

Will I be accepted for finance?

Whether you are accepted for finance or not depends on many different factors. Duologi uses a dedicated credit team who use a bespoke credit engine to help them reach decisions.

What do I do if I have been declined?

If your application was declined, Duology will not give you the specific reason/s why.  We advise that you obtain a copy of your credit report so you can see the potential reasons. If you feel that there has been a mistake, please feel free to contact via email at support@duologi.com or call on 0345 5211 881 Option 2.

I want to amend my order.

If you have been approved for finance, Duology cannot amend the amount or term.  You will need to contact Osborne Training that you want to complete a new application for finance.   Please note we cannot guarantee a new credit application will be approved. All credit applications will leave a credit “footprint” on your credit history.

I have a question about my finance agreement who should I contact?

What is a credit search?

A credit search occurs when a third party investigates your credit report. They’re looking to see how you manage your credit now, and how you’ve managed it in the past. This search may then be recorded on your credit report for other third parties to see. This is useful to lenders because if you’ve made multiple applications for credit recently, it could suggest to them that you have an urgent need for credit which you may struggle to pay back.

When will I receive a copy of my loan agreement?

The Welcome pack from Duology is emailed to the email address you entered in your application. Your welcome pack, which contains your loan agreement along with all the regulatory paperwork is sent within 7-10 days of the goods or services being delivered by Osborne Training. If you require a copy of your documents sooner you can contact Duology support team on 0345 5211 881 Option 2 or email support@duologi.com who will be more than happy to help.

I want to return my goods and cancel my finance agreement.

To enable Duology to cancel your agreement, you will need to contact Osborne Training support team regarding cancellation.  Once cancellation is confirmed by Osborne Training, they will advise Duology to close your agreement and refund any payments that have been made. You will need to contact Osborne Training to obtain a refund for any deposit paid.
