How does AAT Level 4 Project work

Self Study Option

Firstly , you need to book and pay for the assessment which is £400.
Once you complete the payment, then you can access the case study for the project and Network Mapping from the assessments section of your MyAAT Account. The AAT Level 4 Project case study should be  available within 1-2 working days. You would also receive a tutorial book by post to help you prepare for the project.

Working on Case Study

Once you download the case study you have 5 months to complete the project. Within this time, you can send the completed project along with the network mapping to the Assessor up to 5 times for feedback by email. When your assessor is happy with the work you have done, then you can submit the project finally through your MyAAT Account. Once submitted, from that point it can take up to 6 weeks to get your result. Please note, there is no tutor support in the self study method. Your assessor may only tell you broadly where you need to make improvements. The assessor doesn’t guide you through the whole process.

Tutor Support Option

With this option, you get three classroom sessions, please ask an advisor for the next available session. During the classroom sessions, the teacher goes through the different issues you need to get familiar with while doing your project work. The tutor shares some sample work done previously as well as the best method to complete the project. You get a Tutorial book and some other supporting materials to give you better understanding and to help you to be ready to start the project. The course fee is £450.
After the classroom sessions are finished, you need to pay for the assessment which is £250. You can pay for it over the phone or online.
